Acceptable use policy

Permitted use

• Business-to-business research, market mapping and competitor analysis.
• One-to-one, relevant outreach to a business using the contact details that business has itself published.
• Improving your own Google Business Profile using our analysis.

Prohibited use

• Unsolicited bulk messaging, automated WhatsApp blasts, robocalls or mass promotional email.
• Sending commercial calls or SMS to numbers registered under TRAI's Do Not Disturb registry, or sending commercial SMS without valid DLT registration, approved sender ID and template.
• Reselling, publishing or redistributing extracted data as a database.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, defamation, obscene content or anything unlawful under Indian law.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering or overloading our platform, or bypassing trial limits.
• Using the data to profile individuals rather than businesses.

Consent and honouring opt-outs

If a business asks you to stop contacting it, you must stop immediately and keep a record. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you are the data fiduciary for any outreach you carry out.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy without refund, and we may share information with authorities where required. Report abuse to vrushali@worldofwillpower.com.
