1. Who we are

World of Willpower Private Limited, A1, 202, Samruddhi CHS, Kumbhare Park, Kothrud, Pune 411038, Maharashtra, India, is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through LeadPins.in.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name (if provided), email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Usage data: searches you run, leads you save, message templates you create, download events and trial usage counts.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP-derived logs and error reports used for security and reliability.
• Business listing data: publicly published business information returned by Google Maps Platform and, where a business publishes a contact email on its own public website, that email.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the search, save, template and export features you request.
• To enforce trial limits and, later, to bill subscriptions.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse and debug failures.
• To respond to your support requests and legal obligations.

We process your account data on the basis of your consent and to perform our contract with you. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service:

• Cloud hosting and database/authentication providers.
• Google Maps Platform, for the business searches you run.
• Payment providers, once paid plans launch.
• Law-enforcement or regulators where legally required.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and saved-lead data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for backup and legal-record purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. You can delete saved leads and templates at any time in the app.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS, stored with row-level access controls so one account cannot read another's data, and access is limited to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of significant breaches as required.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or complete inaccurate data.
• Erase data that is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent and close your account.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Escalate an unresolved complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Business information and third parties

Business listing details shown in LeadPins.in are published by the businesses themselves on public platforms. If you are a business owner and want your details removed from our cached results, email vrushali@worldofwillpower.com and we will action it within 15 days.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process children's data.
