Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LeadPins.in you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our acceptable use policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

3. What the service does

LeadPins.in surfaces business information that is already publicly published on Google Maps Platform — business name, category, address, publicly listed phone number, website, ratings, review counts and opening hours — and generates analysis about a business profile. We do not sell personal databases and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party data.

4. Free trial and future paid plans

• The free trial pack allows a maximum of 5 leads per business category and 25 leads in total per account, irrespective of the locations searched.
• Trial limits are enforced per registered account and per email address.
• Paid subscription plans are not yet offered. When introduced, pricing, taxes, billing cycle and refund rules will be published on our pricing and refunds page before you are charged.
• Creating multiple accounts to extend a trial is a breach of these terms.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for how you contact any business whose details you obtain, including compliance with TRAI telecom commercial-communication regulations, the Do Not Disturb / DLT registration requirements, and consent rules under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• You must not use the service for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, fraud, impersonation, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• You must comply with Google Maps Platform terms where they apply to data you receive.

6. Intellectual property

The LeadPins.in software, design, scoring methodology and content are owned by World of Willpower Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform itself.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses trial limits or creates legal risk for us, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify World of Willpower Private Limited against claims, penalties and costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer complaints may also be raised with our grievance officer or through the National Consumer Helpline / e-Daakhil portal.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
