Pricing, refund & cancellation

Current pricing

LeadPins.in is presently offered only as a free trial pack. No payment is collected and no card details are stored.

• 5 leads per business category.
• 25 leads in total per account across all categories, irrespective of the locations searched.
• Trial usage is counted per registered email address and does not reset.

Digital service — nature of delivery

Leads and reports are delivered instantly as digital files. Once a lead has been exported, the service for that lead has been fully performed.

Future paid plans

When subscription plans launch, the plan price, applicable GST, billing cycle and renewal date will be shown before payment. Payments will be collected through a RBI-compliant payment gateway; we will not store card data.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future subscription at any time from your account or by emailing care@worldofwillpower.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

• Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
• If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, we will issue a pro-rata refund or extend your subscription, at your choice.
• Because leads are delivered instantly, fees for leads already exported are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and transaction reference.

Escalation

Unresolved billing complaints can be escalated to Adv. Vrushali Borade at vrushali@worldofwillpower.com and, if still unresolved, to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-Daakhil portal.
